Roast Beef

There is nothing like the smell of a roast beef cooking!
Our Roast Beef could be roasted whole or cut down to use in a casserole or stew. Light layers of fat and connective tissue which break down beautifully during the cooking process. Either way it is such a good way to fuel the whole family. It was always a Sunday ritual in the Leckie household.
